WMSD is proud to share that AWM and Richland Elementary are among the top-performing schools in their respective categories in Eastern Arkansas. Additionally, West Junior High (grades 7–9) is one of the few schools in the state that has shown improvement in its letter grade. Both Weaver and Faulk Elementary schools improved by a full letter grade. The district has submitted appeals for two other schools, and we are hopeful for positive results.
We are proud of the hard work our teachers and staff are doing to support our students. While there is still progress to be made, these results show that the district is moving in the right direction.
